Epoxy Primer

  •  Available in Gray, White, Black, Sandstone & Red Oxide

  • • ​​ Available in Gallons or Quarts, Activates with 6700-1 or 6700-4

  • ​ • Easily sandable unlike many other epoxies

  • ​​•  12-16 hour dry sand time depending on temperature

  • ​​•  30 minute flash time at 70 degrees, base over in as little as 4 hours at 1:1

  • ​•  Contains U.V. Inhibitors

  • • ​1:1 mix ratio, reduce 5-50% to use as a sealer

  • ​•  Gun Tip Size – 1.4-1.5

  • •  ​Induce at least 30 minutes

  • ​•  Spray at 65 degrees or above and maintain 24hrs

  • ​•  Reduce with SPI 870, 885 or 895 up to 50% as a sealer

  • •  ​Pot Life – 72-120 hours in a sealed container

  • Activates with 6350-4

  • Can be used with SPI Polar Accelerator or Retarder

  • 30 – 60 minute sand time depending on temperature

  • Builds 2 – 2.5 mils at 4:1, 1.8-2 mils at 4:1:1

  • All shrinkage (minimal) occurs in first 3 hours

  • 4:1:1 mix ratio

  • Can mix 4:1 for higher film build

  • Gun Tip Size – 1.8 – 2.5

  • Reduce with SPI 870, 885 or 895

  • Pot Life – 60 minutes at 70 degrees, less if unreduced.

6400 Series 2k Sealers

2K Sealer

  • 15-30 minute sand time depending on temperature as a sealer

  • Spray one wet coat only when used as a sealer!

  • 4:1:1 or 4:1:2 mix ratio as a sealer, 4:1 as a 2K Primer

  • Gun Tip Size – 1.2-1.4

  • Reduce with SPI 870, 885 or 895

  • Pot Life – 60 minutes roughly
